Le Colonial House, premier b\u00e2timent construit en 1891, et les 4 premiers \u00e9tages de l\u2019aile de 1923 conserveraient l\u2019usage commercial et leurs fa\u00e7ades seraient restaur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Trois des quatre volumes de la nouvelle tour surplomberaient les extensions du magasin original et chaque toit serait verdi. Une terrasse ouverte au public serait \u00e9galement am\u00e9nag\u00e9e sur le toit du Colonial House.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprendrait 5 \u00e9tages de commerces, 63 000 m\u00b2 de bureaux r\u00e9partis sur 25 \u00e9tages et 116 cases de stationnement souterrain. De plus, 287 emplacements pour v\u00e9los seraient cr\u00e9\u00e9s au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e.<\/p><\/div>\n<div\/>\n<div><strong>Modifications demand\u00e9es<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><a title=\"\"
