Des investissements en infrastructures, oui, mais lesquelles ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Montr\u00e9al, le 21 janvier 2009 \u2013 Alors que le ministre Flaherty s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9poser son budget, qui comprendra des investissements importants au chapitre des infrastructures, des groupes environnementaux rappellent qu\u2019il importe de bien choisir le type d\u2019infrastructures \u00e0 financer. Des choix judicieux sont n\u00e9cessaires afin de tenir compte \u00e9galement des crises climatiques et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. De plus, les groupes consid\u00e8rent que le Canada peut se sortir de la crise \u00e9conomique en investissant dans un ensemble de fili\u00e8res \u00ab vertes \u00bb. Cette vision est d\u00e9voil\u00e9e par le biais d\u2019un expos\u00e9 de position rendu public aujourd\u2019hui.<BR\/><BR\/>Pour reprendre sa position de leader, le Canada doit ainsi stimuler l\u2019\u00e9conomie tout en s\u2019attaquant aux sources des crises climatiques et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.
