Using various recovered materials – such as piezos and RCA cables – the workshop’s objective is to introduce the participants to electronics by making contact microphones and binaural microphones, and a plug-in power device that will serve as a source for the binaural microphone. In a DIY spirit, this workshop gives access to creative tools, with an exploratory component for co-creating a sound bank from the neighbouring sound space.
