In the sky, a small hummingbird is busy. He votes from leaf to leaf, very high, looking for the slightest drop of water. As soon as he seizes one, in the hollow of a leaf or a stump, he puts it in its beak and will throw it on the fire. And the ride begins again, the hummingbird is busy, always faster and focused on his task.
A man who sees him reminds him to order « Small hummingbird, but why are you? You see that you alone will not extinguish the fire. «
And the little hummingbird answers, « I’m doing my part. »
On this occasion, a vernissage was organized on October 11, in order to raise funds for the 2019 projects of the NPO Zénitud’art offering painting and relaxation workshops to people in situations of vulnerability and social isolation.
This year Zénitud’art has been recognized as a charitable organization by the Canada Revenue Agency.
Zénitud’Art has also been certified « BEST PRACTICE » by the Canadian organization HSO Health Standards Organization.
At the opening, the guests were able to paint a collective canvas that is always on display.
